Rev. Deborah A. Williamson is a seasoned ministry leader, consultant, coach, author, speaker, and organizational development professional with more than 40 years of ministry experience.
As Co-Founder of EDSJW Enterprises, LLC, Rev. Williamson brings together her extensive ministry experience, education, leadership development, organizational insight, and passion for helping others to provide practical, purpose-driven support to churches, ministries, leaders, and organizations.
Working alongside her husband and Co-Founder, Rev. Dr. Edward O. Williamson, she brings a collaborative approach to helping organizations assess their current position, identify opportunities, strengthen leadership, clarify their vision, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
A LEADER WITH EXPERIENCE, VISION & PURPOSE
Rev. Williamson believes effective leadership is more than holding a position or title. It is about serving people, developing leaders, communicating vision, making sound decisions, and creating pathways for meaningful growth.
Her more than four decades of ministry experience have provided her with a broad understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing churches and ministry leaders.
Through EDSJW Enterprises, she uses those experiences to encourage leaders to look honestly at where they are while remaining focused on where they can go.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION
Rev. Williamson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in Edwardsville, Illinois.
She continued her theological and professional studies at Covenant Theological University in St. Louis, Missouri, and earned a Master of Professional Studies with an emphasis in Church Development from Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, New York.
Her academic preparation, combined with more than 40 years of ministry experience, provides a strong foundation for her work in church consulting, leadership development, strategic planning, ministry support, and organizational development.
